Thank you for participating in this survey for the Child Care Resource & Referral Network. Your input is essential in helping us understand your experiences, preferences, and needs related to child care training. The survey will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and will be used to improve training opportunities for child care professionals across Wisconsin.  Please answer each question as accurately as possible. ¡Bienvenido/a!  Gracias por participar en esta encuesta. Su opinión es muy importante y nos ayudará a comprender mejor sus experiencias, preferencias y necesidades relacionadas con la capacitación en el cuidado infantil. La encuesta tomará aproximadamente 5 a 10 minutos. Training Choices
What type of training format would realistically work best for you, given your current schedule and responsibilities? Please rank the top three items in order of importance to you
In-Person Training takes place face-to-face at a physical location. Participants and instructors are present in the same room for the entire session.

Virtual Training is conducted entirely online in real time, using video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Participants join from remote locations.

Blended/In-Person A mix of online and in-person learning. Some parts are completed online (e.g., pre-work or follow-up modules), while other parts require attending in person.

Blended/Virtual A combination of self-paced online learning and live virtual sessions. Participants complete some content on their own and also attend scheduled virtual meetings.

Hybrid Training is offered simultaneously in-person and virtually. Participants can choose to attend either in person or virtually.

Self-Paced Training is fully online and completed independently. Participants can start, pause, and finish the training at their own convenience, without scheduled sessions.
